I saw the ad for cat food on Facebook that was a good deal. I ordered 3 cases but after looking into it I felt something wasn't right and filed a fraud claim with my bank. My bank statement shows a different company called vickishoop.com which is a clothing company and seems to be a scam as well. I never received any verification email from them. On their website I was able to look up a tracking number from usps using my email to verify. It shows a package weighing .3lbs being delivered to an address in my zip code but wasn't my address. The phone number for this company is a fake medical supply company that hung up on me when I called questioning it. They also have an insurance scam when you call.

I paid by cc for an order of 5 cases of canned cat food, but they have never been shipped nor been received. When I contacted them for a tracking number, they gave me a USPS number that was for a small package (13oz) shipped to a different person in my town (per USPS). My package would have been about 40lbs. They continue to lie about the shipment and refuse to give me a refund.
