I subscribed to American Home Shield's home warranty, I had been a paid subscriber for a couple of years. When I needed the service, the company did not deliver. The service was abysmal and it took months, many many hours, and countless calls and emails to escalate the matter. I informed American Home Shield that I wanted to stop my service at the conclusion of the contract period. The re-installed me, after I canceled the service. They literally reinstalled me in a contract without my permission and after I told them I was canceling. They are now attempting to charge me the monthly service fee. I have escalated this matter again to the CEO's office. I sent them copies of my emails to their representative confirming that I was canceling the service and they have been completely non-responsive. Do not use this service. It is a scam!

They suppose to repair my ac, after one month my ac still broken and the people they send from AAA ac al brands they don’t know how to repair an ac and also they won’t pick up phone calls or anything and American home shield keep charging you every month for a service that they don’t provide
