I responded to an ad for clothing on their site, on 10/19 I ordered several items and paid, but did not receive a confirmation email. So i emailed them and explained, they emailed me back and said my order was processed and scheduled to be delivered. Around 11/7, i received a small package containing a butterfly pin. When i checked their tracker, it said my package was delivered, so i emailed them again saying that i received a pin instead of the jogging suits and shirts ordered, in which they said my order was delivered.
