An email sent to members of our company who have their name, titles and contact information available online - notifying of an award they won if only they submit a logo and purchase the crystal award and a full page editorial for 225 pounds.

The awards are not applied for, criteria is not given and they can not tell us who nominated us or who else was in the running. They are also terribly specific to what we do but not quite right - we are in healthcare and they use the term "clinic" although we do not operate clinics. However they did have the name, title and region of our VP correct so she won the award for the best VP of a clinic in our field for the "south USA" region (she oversees operations in the south).
