We ordered an inflatable pool off this website. It was supposedly delivered according to UPS but we were out of town. We had a perfect storm type of situation where our neighbors miscommunicated and didn't pick up the package for us, our doorbell cam didn't work for the day, and our package was stolen from our porch. We tried to reach out to the company to let them know we never got our purchase. I tried calling first and the number didn't work. I then sent an email (twice) and it was never responded to. I then went to find the website again to see if there was another email address or phone number I could use and the website cannot be found anymore! It totally disappeared! We were able to get refunded through our credit card company, but we felt like this was a scam or not a legit company.
