I ordered my first Aipas bike on 5/6/2024 and the second bike on 6/3/2024, and it said on their web page bike will be delivered in 3-4 days. So, I called after a week about the first order she told me it was on the ship coming to port that Friday. So, I waited another couple of days to asked for my tracking # and the lady said they are working on sorting out orders. So, I waited for a copy more days than she said it will be ship to you that week. So, then I waited for another couple of days to get a tracking # then she said it would be shipped the following week. So, I waited for the following week called again and she said it was shipped but know tracking #. She told me that the second bike order will be shipped with the first order # DTC-1991 2nd order # DTC-2851. She kept telling just to be patient they will send a phone holder and 2 free review mirrors along with my order. So as of today 6/13/2024, still no bikes and just a run around about their business. They don't answer the phone at all to discuss my problem. I'm out of $1387.00 that was charge to my credit card.
