Wanted to order a teacup yorkie from an online source. They responded with a different number than given on the website. They had copied the website to reroute the buyer to them. We made the purchase with the "breeder". The problems started with the bogus company that was to have the dog shipped via air. They requested payment thru the Zelle app. They wanted more payment than the app would allow. They then said we could make the purchase with prepaid Mastercard. When we were prepared to make the payment with said cards, they requested photos of the packaging and both sides of the cards. This set off warning bells. I called the number on the actual website and reached the companies answering service. The business had already closed for the day hours prior. I then asked if they could verify the companies shipping process and informed that said company DOES NOT ship animals purchased from online breeders. Beware, and good luck.
