DRYER/VENT DUCT CLEANING FRAUD ALERT

FRAUD! FRAUD FRAUD If I was able to give a 0 star review I would. I called this business because my dryer vent was blocked. It was giving me issues for a while. When they came out, the cost went from $29.99 to an additional $180. Then he agreed to $140 (due to length of vent hose). However, we were desperate and needed our dryer fixed so we paid. He was there 15 minutes and pulled out 2-3 inches of lint (not compacted or anything and a dryer sheet). I was shocked! I thought MORE was preventing the blockage and immediately voiced my concerns. Tech kept saying they guarantee their work for 12 months and drying working, which it was so not much I could say. However, I kept saying something does not seem right. They refused to look at it again. Anyway, I proceeded to wash clothes and low and behold, Dryer Vent Block message appeared on dryer again. I text him immediately (less than 45 minutes after her left). He did not respond. I called the next day, no response. I finally got in touch with someone, and they said someone was available to come back out for another 2 weeks. I was dumbfounded and requested someone to come out sooner than that to correct what was already paid for. Needless to say...all communication stopped and they have since refused to take any calls and make any follow up. I should have checked Better Business Bureau first, lesson learned!

He told me was deep cleaning

I found them from yellowpage. Only 85$ for air duct cleaning. I made a appointment.One guy come and he made a estimate. Told me was 630$
I said too much. Then he said he gonna do 400 $ for me but cash only. I trusted him. After he started work I thought he look very unprofessional. But I am not sure because I am the first time ask this kind service. After he leave. I think I might have been scammed. Then I checked online . They are scammers. And I paid them with cash. I don’t think I can get my money back. Scammer everywhere.

An East Indian sounding guy offers to clean the air ducts in your home and is very pushy. He asks how many rooms are in your home and offers a price of $110 to $140to do the whole house. If you agree to a date and time he will call back the same day or next day and offer you a better price because his "crew" is working in your area and will drop it down to as little as $90 if you change your date and time to HIS convenience.

If you decline he will call you back several times more even if you politely ask to be taken off his "Call List". This just makes things worse! I have been getting calls from them for over a year and a half now and I am on the CANADIAN and AMERICAN "Do Not Call Lists. You will be called 3 to 5 times a week by this Air duct Cleaning Service. I have personally been called 3 times in ONE day from them. They are very aggressive once they have your phone number on file and I have no idea how they get it?

I have been extremely rude with them and extremely vulgar with them but nothing will stop them. When being vulgar I have been told to ** *** ** *** ** *** ** *** *** *** ** *** *** ***. They continue to call and call and call.

Bell Canada has no way of stopping them and I am at a loss as to what to do. My Phone Provider, Bell Canada, won't help and get involved so I just keep up with the profanity over the phone until they "Hang Up On Me". I understand that they aren't supposed to hang up on "customers" but I get very explicit with them. I don't recommend this, just hang up every time they call.

I do not have Call Display so I cannot advise you not to answer calls from this relentless harassment. I hope they burn in Hell !!
