After receiving a tracking number with what was supposed to be my birds shipped to me , I got a call saying they had taken the birds back to Ohio because no insurance was paid . They requested $900 but only to be paid through Zelle or Venmo no secure payment method was given to make payment . They requested the money or they would not deliver said birds and would hand them over to quarantine.
