Do Not Give Them Your Money

I found great tickets non-stop roundtrip. Booked them - or thought that I did. I received an email saying they were only reserved. Then got an email saying there was an issue and I need to contact them ASAP. I called and was told the tickets I had "reserved" were promo tix that had been oversold. Could I leave a day early at dawn? I was hesitant and he told me all other tix on that day were $2000+. I said okay. Then I did my research, found out that other people had been scammed the exact way, and called back to cancel my tix. The man was irate. I hung up with him and immediately froze and then cancelled my credit card account that I had given this "company." Fortunately I have not lost any money - except I had to buy much more expensive 1-stop tix for our vacation since I had already paid for accommodations there. Don't do it. They're not good humans.

Purchased 8 direct flights with airflysmart. Paid 4558.00 an hour later I received a call saying my direct flight to Cancun was overbooked by airlines. They switched me to a delta flight with a lay over. The next day I get another call saying airline over booked. I requested a refund and Mike white tells me that his company was just wondering if I would change my date. He confirmed that my direct flight back home was still good. One week later I received an email from Mike saying the airline cancelled my flights due to overbooking. I called the airlines and they confirmed that they DID NOT cancel my flight. I called Mike and asked for my money he stated he can not refund me. I asked to speak with a manager and 3 days later still nothing. I called today and was placed on hold for 60 minutes liz I went on there website and chatted with someone name Sophia who disappeared after I explained that I needed my money back or a new flight. Now I am 4558.00 out of pocket and only have a flight to Mexico and not one back home. I reached out to Mike 3x a with no response. This company is a scam stay away!
