I am reporting a severe case of brand impersonation and consumer fraud involving the app "Air Master – Real Cash Game" (App ID: 6758009134) from Air Master – Real Cash Game. The developer, Adrian George Davies LTD (UK Reg: 12068471), claims an official partnership with Skillz Inc. to gain unearned trust from European consumers.

My investigation shows that the developer is a shell company registered under SIC Code 63990 (Information Services), with no legal license for financial gaming operations. This app is being used for Identity Harvesting, collecting sensitive ID and financial documents from users under the false pretense of being a "Skillz-powered" game.

As a consumer in Frankfurt, Germany, I request that Skillz Inc. clarifies its relationship with this developer and takes action to prevent their brand from being used to facilitate financial fraud and unlicensed gambling in the EU market.
