I was in the process of purchasing a puppy from casseldoxiehome.com and was told that the puppy was dropped off at Air PetPros for shipping and provided a tracking number. However, I was advised that the crate the puppy was in was noted accepted due to weather and that someone would contact me about a purchase or rental. I was contacted by the air transport company and advised that I could rent a crate for $1000 and once the puppy was delivered I would receive a refund of $950. I transferred the money and was later told the money was not received but the system stated the money was picked-up. They then confirmed a few moments later that the puppy had been shipped out. Then later I was contacted by the same transport service and advised that I now needed to purchase insurance and that the puppy was in Alabama. The company stated that the puppy could not leave without insurance, and that I could purchase insurance from them for $600. They once again stated I would receive a refund once the puppy was delivered. Currently, I have paid out $1800 and still have not received my puppy.
