I called Delta to switch my fight. Delta airlines charged the valid fee but the man on the phone also took an extra $120 which is not through Delta airlines and it was marked as as air ticket charge. I called Delta airlines to dispute this charge and they confirmed that it was not a valid Delta charge but fraud by whoever too the phone call.
