I called AirBnB for information on an upcoming vacation, I told the man about my issue. He looked up my reservation & said it was canceled. I went into panic mode. He said calm down we can fix it. He said I needed to pay the cancellation fee & rebook & pay for the house. After that he would refund my original money.

He wanted me to use an AirBnB gift card to do this.
