I agreed to the airline ticket price shown to me on their site. Paid for the airline ticket(s); rec'd a email directly after stating they would need to call me...."that it was urgent". On said phone call they needed me to pay more money in order for the actual purchase of airline tickets to be bought.
SO frustrating- and NO REFUND policy. In the meantime, they charge your CC that was given.
So many tricks. In the end, the airline tickets came out to be MORE than the actual airline's price. are you kidding me?!? I told the rep this as I was pleading for my money back.
Yes, this so called app is a scam in more ways than one! I was told then by this person who called from addontrip...., "If I found cheaper tickets with the airline I booked with(through this app)...I would need to purchase the tickets with the airline and provide this addontrip rep the confirmation number- AND then they would refund me the cost that they charged my cc. I spent a total of two hours on this mess!
I purchased these tickets from on addontrip on Sept 5.....it is Sept 9; still have not refunded me my money. I am patiently waiting, but getting angrier. These kind of APPS should go under, outta business! NO ONE deserves the headache and games they want to put you through.

I waited a few hours to see if I would receive some type of confirmation email by email or a call to confirm my purchase, and then I received a call about 3 hours after I had completed the online transaction, it was from (addontrip), and the person confirmed if she was speaking with ******** *******, I said yes, and then she went over the 3 names of the other passengers that I had added to purchase the flight tickets, and I confirmed the names were correct, then after that she said we are an agency and what you paid was only to hold the tickets, and you have to pay the difference to complete your booking. I asked what the difference was, and she said, well each ticket will cost you a total of $789 per person. I immediately responded with, no that is not what I agreed to pay when I completed my transaction on the website, and I want to cancel this process immediately and I do not authorize any payments to my card. She then said, I couldn’t cancel. I told her that I was not paying for something that I never received a confirmation or electronic tickets for and that it was a scam. She then transfers me to another person that person was very rude and said I had no other options and that they were not going to cancel it. I told him I would be calling my credit card company and reporting them as a scam company and hung up.
Note that I never received any type of email with confirmation of my purchase.
My credit card was charge $761.22 by American Airlines and now I'm trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
This is a total scam, how can you get charge for something that you never received and not even a confirmation email of the purchase or receipt of purchase or ticket information was provided. They only took the credit card payment and that is it.
