The scam was attempted through payment of my credit card. I entered my card information through what they called their secured site. As of today I have not received a charge but am uncertain if this will change. I entered a request for airline tickets into my search engine. A site calling itself BESTTICKETFARE offered me roundtrip tickets to my destination, on dates that I requested and for a price of $179.38, to which I agreed. They contacted me the following day saying my tickets may not be available for the dates I chose and if I want the tickets for those dates I will need to pay more money. It has been three business days and they have not sent me the tickets which I purchased through my credit card.

A flight was initially booked online, but shortly after, an unknown individual called over five times claiming the booking was not completed. The prices displayed online are completely misleading and amount to false advertising. They charged significantly more for the flight than advertised and used fabricated, unreasonable rules to extract additional money.

These individuals preyed on my elderly mother, taking advantage of her by charging an outrageous price for the flight. They then convinced her to pay for an upgrade, but none of the promised upgrades were provided. The entire experience was marked by their rude and unprofessional behavior. When confronted about their fraudulent practices, they constantly changed their story and flatly refused to provide the call transcript, further indicating deceptive and unethical behavior. Do not fall victim to this scam. Everything on their website is a dishonest representation.

Attempted to purchase airline tickets through the site was shown an itinerary which i agreed on but after giving credit card number and personal information was never sent an email with tickets . After calling was told cannot ancel or get refund and also told me i could not bring luggage including carry on which is not true. Had to cancel credit card to stop payment.

I went on line bestticketfares.com and booked a flight their e-receipt says that I will be contacted by email or phone within 24 hours and I will get another email with an e-ticket but I neither get the phone call nor the email. I called them the next day and they said I will not get the e-ticket unless I upgrade it which needs more than double the amount on which I booked the flight which I refused to pay.

In addition, spelling and other errors in their email made me suspicious.

Booked a flight and was later told we were allowed no baggage told us that the booking was non refundable and we had no sure flight status when we arrive

Purchased tickets. Inputted debit card. got an email from them stating an agent would call me back. 2 days later I got calls in the middle of the night. I ignored it. NO messages were left. Finally I get someone on the phone. I'm told no bags not even a carry on. SO, I asked can we add that. The first time I got quotes totaling 600 when I purchased the flight for 310. Spoke with a supervisor I was told he will call me back. He gave me options to change the day, time, airport. I said I can't do that. I asked can you just cancel. Nothing was booked b/c they take your card. So, they didn't book my flight have my debit card and won't let me cancel. They have not booked my flight! They won't even call me back. This is going on 3 weeks. I'm about to cancel my debit card. I just worry they have all of my information.
