Attempted to purchase airline tickets through the site was shown an itinerary which i agreed on but after giving credit card number and personal information was never sent an email with tickets . After calling was told cannot ancel or get refund and also told me i could not bring luggage including carry on which is not true. Had to cancel credit card to stop payment.

I went on line bestticketfares.com and booked a flight their e-receipt says that I will be contacted by email or phone within 24 hours and I will get another email with an e-ticket but I neither get the phone call nor the email. I called them the next day and they said I will not get the e-ticket unless I upgrade it which needs more than double the amount on which I booked the flight which I refused to pay.

In addition, spelling and other errors in their email made me suspicious.

Booked a flight and was later told we were allowed no baggage told us that the booking was non refundable and we had no sure flight status when we arrive

Purchased tickets. Inputted debit card. got an email from them stating an agent would call me back. 2 days later I got calls in the middle of the night. I ignored it. NO messages were left. Finally I get someone on the phone. I'm told no bags not even a carry on. SO, I asked can we add that. The first time I got quotes totaling 600 when I purchased the flight for 310. Spoke with a supervisor I was told he will call me back. He gave me options to change the day, time, airport. I said I can't do that. I asked can you just cancel. Nothing was booked b/c they take your card. So, they didn't book my flight have my debit card and won't let me cancel. They have not booked my flight! They won't even call me back. This is going on 3 weeks. I'm about to cancel my debit card. I just worry they have all of my information.
