- The same afternoon received an e-mail stating my flight could not be confirmed and that they had tried calling me, which I never received a call
- After several tries leaving voice mails I got a person named George on the phone and he stated he needed my confirmation # in the e-mail in order to help me
- I stated the e-mail had no confirmation #, he said it was in the first e-mail I received, but I informed him there was no other e-mail so he looked up my name and stated the flight was no longer available, but had another flight that cost more and had 1 stop each way. The flight I thought I was booking (Denver to Phoenix RT) was a nonstop and about $170 lower than the fare I though I was getting
- I declined to take the new sugested flight, and George said he would cancel my confirmation and I would receive an e-mail
- I wasn't sure how AirFlySmart was going to cancel a confirmation that didn't exist, but I did receive an e-mail, this time with a confirmation #, that my reservation had been canceled
- My credit card was never charged
- I should have looked at the reviews prior to making the reservation, which I will do in the future
