I called Travelocity and he identified himself as a contracted agent for Travelocity. I was seeking to get a refund on a cancelled flight. He gave me another number to call that was supposed to be the "main manager " at Travelocity. The scammer - "Steven Jones told me to call him back at this other number for assistance. I called him back because the second number was not helpful. He convinced me to rebook through him and as I did there were more and more charges being added onto our flights. He took my credit card information and told me it was very important to approve the email. I became suspicious and the charge went thru anyway. I realize I was a victim and immediately contacted my bank and cancelled my card. The charges are still pending and will have to dispute them when the bank reopens.
