I was attempting to get a flight from Augusta, GA to Daytona Beach, FL. I googled "Flights leaving from Augusta, GA to Daytona Beach, FL". I clicked on the first result and it had a phone number (855) 316 - 3173. I spoke with Chris Taylor. I was told I was booking a flight and was sent an email from [email protected] which contained a contract and overview of my flight information. I submitted an electronic siganture and was told I would received the flight details 48-72hrs post booking. I never received confirmation and called them after 72hrs. They then told me that it was 48-72hrs prior to flight departure. Due to unrelated circumstances, I had to cancel my planned flight and was told I would be charged a $300 cancellation fee, which I was never told about. I am 73 years old.
