Notified by AA delay in flight. Googled AA number and unfortunately clicked on the first blue link that would give me AA's number. Zayn answered immediately and stated that he worked for American Airlines and would be able to help us. . He told us the reason our flight was delayed was because we were on stand by and he reassured us that he could rebook us on another flight and get us to our destination on time for another flight. He stated three times during the conversation that our flight was booked as "standby" and that is why we were delayed. There was just something not right as I knew we were booked and had seats but he kept insisting we were not confirmed. We were still talking to him when we arrived at the ticket counter so we asked the ticket agent to talk to him. She told him that she did not know what he was talking about and that our flight was ALWAYS confirmed. Zayn again insisted we were not confirmed. I. I told him to cancel everything and not charge us as we would go through the airport ticket agent. He said the only way not to charge and refund our monies was to accept his offer on my phone email At the time I was so stressed as I had a connection in Chicago on Business class to Rome, Italy and did not want to miss it. So I said okay but again we were not going with him and do not charge us. He said okay but charged us anyway. AA again said we were confirmed all along and did not know what Zayn at Travel Unravel was talking about. Since we were leaving for overseas did not have time to contact credit card and refuse the payment as needed the card for overseas transaction. I kept saying I needed to hang up so I could complete my transaction with the AA ticket agent at the airport but Zayn kept on talking and trying to convince me to go with him. He took our monies but never got us a ticket. I feel I was scammed from this company/individual. We were literally being checked in at the ticket counter by American Airlines when Zayn was still on the phone insisting that we were on standby. We finally were forced to hang up on him because of the incorrect information he was telling us. Unfortunately, he still charged our credit card.
