I thought this googled site and number was customer service for United Airlines. They said they were employees. I presented with question to verify My name on my recently purchased ticket. Of course they said it was incorrect. Gave my Airline confirmation #. They were able to convince me a name change would incur costs as other partner airlines of other countries were involved. They sent an e-mail with the "proper change". I also gave credit card number out and have since cancelled card. Still have to dispute the pending charge.
