I searched for good deals for a flight to Virginia. This website popped up with all the other search engines offering a discount on an airline ticket of 491.70. I fill out the information and provided my credit card number. I called asking for a seat number. They said nothing was final until I spoke with a ticket agent. They called me back telling me due to the discount rate, no bags checked or carry on items would be allowed and I would need to upgrade to $771.00 to allow for a bag to be checked and to have a carry on. I declined the whole transaction telling them this was a scam. I went online and ordered my ticket through American Airlines. I called them back to tell them I did not want their offer and to discontinue the whole transaction. They declined telling me I already purchased their ticket for $491.70. I explained I was told nothing was final until I spoke with an agent and agreed to their upgrades. I notified my credit card company of this scam.

My son and I went online to purchase international airline tickets. We viewed several sites to attempt to find the best deal. Bestticketfare.com had tickets for approximately 100 dollars cheaper than all the others, so we elected to book with them. After pressing the "BOOK" button for our tickets, I was immediately given a booking ID number with the amount to be charged to my credit card. Everything so far looked right. I then get an email with an agency confirmation number informed that "my booking is under progress," and an associate will reach out to me shortly. It also states, "Fares are not guaranteed until ticketed." It does not mention this anywhere prior to pressing "BOOK" to purchase the ticket. The email continues, "In case of fare change, schedule change or change in availability of seats, we will contact you and offer alternate options. YOU MAY OPT TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING IN CASE UPDATED OR ALTERNATE OPTION DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU." A man calls and informs me that I have a basic ticket which does not include checked luggage, carryon or personal item and that an upgrade would be necessary if I want them as I would not be allowed to pay for a checked bag at the airport. As the man continued, HE DID NOT INFORM ME THAT MY FARE HAD CHANGED, I told him that I did not authorize a charge to my credit card and the transaction was to be cancelled. He then informed me that my card had already been charged and that I would lose the initial fare cost and not have the tickets as it "could not be cancelled." I felt I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. He then told me that it would cost an additional 800 + dollars to upgrade my tickets. I told him it was too much to add luggage and a snack! To which he said that the "best he could do was lower it by 200 dollars. The argument continued for an hour with this guy! In the end, I had no choice but to continue with the purchase as we were going overseas for over 2 weeks. We couldn't stay there that long with just the clothes on our backs. They then processed by payment! The tickets were $1696.20 plus and additional $501.79 in upgrade fees. Something does not add up here! He then tells me my e-tickets will be sent via e-mail in approximately 40 minutes. In which time, I called my CC company to attempt to stop payment as I did not feel this was legitimate and I was worried that I was being scammed out of a lot of money. I was told that the transaction was already in progress and could not be disputed until after the transaction was completed. So I wait! A little over an hour later a woman from the same company calls and is sweet as can be letting me know that she has sent the e-tickets and that I should check my email while she was on the phone. The e-tickets are there. She then makes reference to a site in the middle of the email and asks that I respond with giving "her" 5 stars and in return I would get my boarding pass delivered via e-mail 24 hours prior to the flight and a 25 dollar gift voucher toward my next flight with them. I admit, she was very nice for the 5 minutes that I spoke with her, but that does not warrant a 5 star rating for the business, so I didn't rate it at all. I will be calling the actual airline today to ensure that I even have actual tickets!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They will take you for every dollar that they can! They are liars!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! by the way, when my charge came through to my credit card, it showed the payment was for "All Season Travel LLC,"
