I was trying to book and airline ticket throught delta for a minor. Googled the number needed and clicked the first one that popped up and it was a company claiming to be delta, sisnt think much of it. They took my information, names of the people dropping off and picking up, addresses, phone numbers etc. Later when I called delta they had no record of this, therefore made me wonder. Then when I disputed the charge, a person from airline ticket fare contacted me through email, text and call wanting to resolve this issue. Later googled delta doesn't use the form of text messaged to contact you, that this is a scam alert. He said they contacted the airlines and when they checked the ticket was for the amount they charged me but later dropped to a certain amount. They said delta was going to give me a reimbursement and they asked delta to never do it again. Only hook with this is I needed to drop the dispute first.
