booked airline tickets via their website. received an email stating I needed to contact them about the reservations, when I called them they said I needed to pay more money to confirm the reservations. I told them no I dont want the tickets and they said they could not refund the money. I mentioned that they said they were not confimed so I want my money refunded. They refused to credit my card. I called my husband to try and cancel the charge and then called back, the company this time claimed to be farebug not farediggers. I gave them the confirmation number again that I had and they said they could find no record of the reservations. I could not get anywhere with them and now am out 920 dollars with no tickets
