I googled american airlines customer service phone number and this site came up first with their logo and a landing page that makes you think you are calling their 24 hour help desk

The rep that answered pretended to be an american airlines rep saying their was a problem with my reservation and that i purchased a ticket but not my seats and i owed $700 for the 3 seats for my travel. They fraudulently said i owed money and that the seats that i did purchase were not purchased
