I agreed to allow them to re-design our website and pay them $74.99 per month to host + manage the site for us. Since the signed service agreement was sent to them on 3/2/16, they have charged our credit card for a total of $149.98, two months have elapsed and I have heard nothing from them at all. They cannot be reached by phone or by e-mail. I have made several attempts to contact them both ways, have left voice messages and not received a single reply by phone or by e-mail. At this point I just want our money refunded and want to never hear from them again.
