Bought a DMD helmet from this site as part of a Black Friday deal. The product arrived after 1 month, and it was completely different from the one I had ordered. I paid $115 for it, but this was a different color, brand, very cheap, cracked from one side, with a fake plastic air vent in the front which wouldn’t even open, worth around $20. I asked them to provide a return shipping label, thru email, they said we cannot take it back and they are willing to send me the right product if I pay $75 more! The guys kept saying “I promise we will send you the right one”. Firstly I shouldn’t be paying anything. In fact I even said I will return the helmet to you, pay for the delivery myself, and you should send the right one to me for free. He refused, kept insisting I need to pay another $75 for them to send the right one. I was pretty sure they weren’t sending original DMD helmets. End of the day, my $115 plus time has been wasted while an ugly yellow fake broken unusable helmet is kept on the counter.
