Originally met Regine Biloo on facebook the admin for the facebook group ‘ Aussie Doodles for adoption and re homing’. I was interested in a puppy and he stated there was one available. He wanted $700 for the puppy and then $250 for travel fees. That evening I sent him $950 through Zelle. His name was REGINE LASHONNA for transfer. The next morning he said that the registration was done and the pup will be shipped immediately after a fully refundable pet insurance ($1000) is place according to the agency ( Airpet National) . I then sent $1,000 for the insurance. A few hours later I was notified that the puppy was in North Carolina and that in order to leave NC the puppy will have to go through a custom clearance that is an additional $700 that was also fully refundable.That was then I had some hesitancies. I started to question the organization and payment method. Never to hear from the Air pet or Regine. The following day I disputed the charges through my bank and they are currently doing an investigation. I then noticed I was blocked from the FB group but started to report the person through FB.
