LostFoundCenter sent multiple text and email messages indicating that they were looking for my purse. Therefore, it appeared as if it was a legitimate business.
If you read their fine print, it indicates that LCF is not affiliated with the airport or TSA. If they have no affiliation with these entities then it's absolutely impossible for them to provide a concierge service.
LCF does not answer the phone and their address is at a mailbox location which means there's no physical address.
When I asked who was the designated agent searching for my purse they did not respond.
I discovered other reviews online that other customers had the same experience.
The alleged employees on LCF website are fictitious also.
This fraudulent company is able to deceive customers because they send text and emails to create the illusion that they are working on your behalf. However, they can't provide a concierge service at the airport if they don't have open access or no affiliation with the airport.
