This is a very common experience, it turns out. Here are some other reviews from Google:
DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! Booked through another site but pricing did not match my actual charges. They pick and choose what oversized vehicle charge they want to use. There is no information provided in advance about the these fees or what size vehicles meet those fees. They also charges processing and services fees not provided in original booking. They refuse to match quotes from vendor where you booked and after they charge your card they provide you with documentation that you can't get refund or dispute charges. They also hold an additional $35 in case you're late. For the price I paid I could have went to a more reputable location with cleaner shuttles and faster pick up.
Easily the worst parking experience I’ve had. Missed my departing flight. On arrival, their shuttle service was late by over an hour. Probably intentional so they can charge additional late fee. They genuinely don’t care because this level of incompetence is almost indistinguishable from fraud.
Not decent people. They cheat and scam. They asked us additional money because we’re arriving 4pm. They gang up on us when you’re in a hurry trying to catch your flight . You don’t have time to argue and go somewhere else. Not in the fine print of their own rules and regulations. They ask additional 25$, they should closed this business for improper and unlawful business practices.
This place is the worst. They advertise one price, but it ends up being 3-4 times higher. They have one crappy shuttle, so after I landed it took almost an hour to get picked up, and they wouldn’t let my son come. I had to return to the airport after I got my truck and pick him up. Every person in the van had the same experience. They were told one price and were charged 4 times as much. Save your money and go somewhere else. They’re the absolute worst.
RIP OFF and RUDE!
Hope you read this before parking, I wish I read other reviews before parking here. Total scam! They ask you to extend your parking before leaving in case of a flight delay and tell you to call for the shuttle.... but there is NO SHUTTLE after 6pm and the LOT CLOSES at the time my parking was extended to. NOT 24 hours like all airport parking should be. This does not match anything on the "WAY" web site they use to get bookings and they should be removed from the AP.
Add transportation or overtime parking charges to all of it and you're better off reserving a private jet. Just say NO WAY!! Don't park here!
