The rental car company says you can pick up the van after hours by calling their phone number after hours when you get to IAH and they will come pick you up and take you to the rental. You give your credit card information and they charge for the rental plus $200 and you get a confirmation that says you are confirmed. In actuality, they close at 4 pm. No one answers the phone so you can't get your car after hours. They tell you they tried to call you, but no where on the site does it say to expect a call or that anything else need be done. It is terrible!!!! They should not advertise after hour pick up or they should put on their website that for after hour pick up you must call the office before 4 or expect a call. Terrible!!!! Then they try to blame you!
