I bought a hair styler based on the customer reviews on the website. I received the item and within the first 5 minutes of use, the product broke. I contacted the company through the website to get a refund or exchange and was denied. They continued tell me that they can only take refunds of unused products. When I asked for a phone number to speak to counter service, they said they did not have one. As I have been looking into this issue more, I have found many more people in the same boat as me. They bought a product based on review and the photos and did not receive the advertised product.
