They refused to give me a tracking number for where the product was coming from.

They said an attempt delivery was made and failed. This is a lie, due to I live in a secure building and I have a conceirge there 24/7 to accept any deliveries coming in.
They said they only do partial [50%] refund as their policy but there wasn't any of it their website. I managed to have them tell me 75% but I haven't seen it gone through my credit card yet.

Scammer has an ad via tiktok selling shoe organizers. The url page seems real as if people actually left reviews about the product. However, after research, the videos are replicas of other pages and the physical address on the website isn’t real. I reached out via website and email but have yet to receive a response. It displays a Black Friday sale. I have reported the account to tiktok, nothing was done. Please warn others about this fraud website.
