DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. I received a defective product that began to smell of smoke and then had a burnt motor within 10 seconds of turning it on. When I tried to get a refund, they requested a photo of the defective item. How do you take a photo of a dead motor or the burning smell of wiring?
When I sent the item back with the item number, email communication, and in the proper packaging, they said they could not give me the refund because I did not have the tracking number. So I lost out on the money I spent, the defective product, and the time I wasted communicating with individuals who understand nothing about customer service.
I restate: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Product was plugged in and began to smoke. Company responded to my request for refund and offered 40% refund, not what was stated in their return policy. I sent back item to FL address. Have not heard back and it’s been several weeks. Not counting on a refund at this point but want to alert others to fraudulent business.
