I ordered this product January 26/23 during a sale on line. The payment was taken from my credit card as soon as the online purchase was made. An email was sent to me that it would be shipped right away and parcel tracking would be sent to me. I contacted them by email a week later and said that I had not received any parcel tracking yet, they responded that their sale was so good that the product was on backorder and would be sent out as soon as available. A couple weeks later I received an email saying that my address ( that I always use for parcels) was not valid. I responded with the address again in case it was taken down wrong. I emailled again a week later to tell them that I still have not received tracking, and they responded with, It will be shipped out right away. I still have received no tracking, no product, and no one will answer/return my calls or emails. It has just about been 2 months since the purchase.

submitted complaint with a lot of information, now I go to the website and it says the website has been removed and no longer exists. case number 18971734
