The website AIRTASKER IS a site that a person can go on and find local odd jobs such as putting a coffee table together and you can bid on the job and depending on your price and qualifications win the bid and go do the job well there are adds for tasks needed to be done and if you bid on them you will be contacted and told to call a number when you do they will explain that the job they REALLY Have is not what was advertised but they have rental properties that they want you to post on YOUR FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE. And when the people that are interested get in touch with you you are to direct them to this person and then they get the application fee first last security but when the people looking to rent this property get there they are met by the actual owner who has no idea who they are and they are out of there money they come back to the person advertising it and that is you and they want there money back
