I was trying to buy airline tickets on line and this agency came up as the best option. I went through the process of buying 3 tickets and came to the end of the site and paid with my credit card. The site kept spinning and then would not close. I shut down the site and called the company right away, within minutes to cancel the reservation and they kept me on hold for a very long time and then they were nasty to me on the phone. I asked for a supervisor and they refused to get one for me and finally did. The supervisor finally agreed to cancel my tickets because I explained to him what happened and he really didn't listen, but went ahead and charged me $25. for a cancelation fee. I told him that was wrong as I called within minutes of THEIR SITE not working and he said that was too bad, there is a fee. Then they not only charged my card a $25. fee, but also a $10. random fee and then my credit card was stolen and I had to cancel my card. I believe these people are playing a numbers game and the site doesn't work and they charge people fees and get their credit information. Please do something to stop these scammers. I will never buy airline tickets that way again!

My mother booked a ticket through their website on July 1st. They charged her $50 as a booking fee. She was sent her E ticket information on July 5th. Her ticket was then cancelled by airtkt on July 3rdwith no explanation saying they were keeping the $50.

Good Afternoon

I have been calling in regards to my flight cancellation and received rude customers service.

I have been calling numerous times and hold for a long time, each tine. No one has answered.

Now I’m not here to verbally dismantle the integrity of this company. I just want my refund due to the fact I did purchase insurance on my flight. I do not wish to go through of avenues of approach in regards to receiving my referral but I will if I have to.

Please if there is someone in higher management that is able to contact me, please call *** *** ****.
