I attempted to cancel a flight on Alaska Airlines. I must have clicked on their number by accident because of good SEO which attempted to impersonate Alaska. I pursued a cancelation with them and they asked for my credit card. They then emailed me and I noticed it wasn’t from Alaska. They then said they consolidated returns, again attempting to deceive me. I hung up. Called Alaska and American Express and fixed the issue.
