Ordered a selenite fireplace in January and have never received. Have messaged over a dozen time asking for a refund since April i have never received either. Don’t even know what country they are from. Tried calling the number and no answer. I’m out $50 and what really upsets me is they have scammed maybe thousands of people out of money.

Like others who have posted about this, I saw an Instagram ad for a selenite fireplace insert.
Ordered placed online on January 28, 2021 and as of today, July 13, 2021 and following five attempts for info, updates or refund, still have not received.
The "company's" website/online store, seemingly was through Squarespace, is now "expired."
Complete scam and should be investigated for theft and fraud.
$***** seems to be the common amount paid to them.
They whooshed into the online marketplace with a "product," made the money, and whooshed out without delivering.
I too will no longer buy through Instagram ads.

I initially found out about Aizzor through an Instagram ad which showed a high-quality resin statue for the Naruto character (Itachi Uchiha) on sale for $49.99. I wished to purchase this statue for my niece and trusted the authenticity of an ad on Instagram.
The sale went through in February. My bank statement suggests the purchase posted from the company in Canada. I received a confirmation email from "[email protected]" welcoming me to the "AIZZORSQUAD". Due to COVID and understanding the nature of small online operations, I understood that it may take quite some time to receive the product. However, over the oncoming months, when asked where my product was, Aizzor would deflect and obfuscate, blaming COVID for delays in shipping and pretending to send me tracking information (while "accidentally" forgetting to post the actual tracking number). To date, I have neither received the statue nor a tracking number to indicate that anything had been shipped. Within a day or two of each email I sent, I would receive a reply from "Alyssa" or "Marcello" from the "Aizzor Support Team". At one point, they even replied to an email of mine with a copy-pasted response.
In June, I requested a refund and received no reply. I escalated this dispute with my bank (TD Bank who were no help whatsoever and ended up costing me more money.) I found, during this process that the website (registered through Squarespace) was no longer available and my bank also confirmed that the website was "out of business".
The Aizzor website, according to the ICANN Whois Lookup, was registered on December 9th, 2020. Although the registration has not yet expired, the website (Aizzor.com) is no longer available. It was registered anonymously through Domainsbyproxy.com (I assume to hide the identities of the scammers involved). According to Trust Pilot (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/aizzor.com), over a hundred users have been scammed by this website in similar ways.
I will not be buying from Instagram ads again.

I made a purchase for a fireplace crystal and received an order confirmation. After serval months and several attempts to reach them had gone by, I never received product, nor an explanation that made sense. Once I canceled my order and finally got confirmation for a refund, I was never actually refunded my money and stopped receiving responses from their team.

Advertised on Facebook for chessboard for the wall. Company charged from Canada. Products seem to be from China. Nothing seems real with this site.
