Upon understanding his business and the demand for bearings at home (Chino, California), I agreed to enter into a business relationship with Edmundo. The agreement consisted of transferring 5, 000 USD to Edmundo for capital. After 30 days, he would return the initial investment (5, 000 USD) along with a ROI or profit of 40%. The first transfer was then sent to Edmundo Arceo on September the 6th.
In total, I sent Edmundo 5 transfers through PayPal and 2 transfers through Western Union. I have receipts to prove these transfers.
These transfers would total up to 8, 150 Canadian Dollar excluding the transfer fees.
September 26 was the last time I heard from Edmundo.
He went off to block me from all communications platforms and has stolen all the monies mentioned above.
I would like to report Edmundo Arceo for fraudulent activity, theft, and deception.
