I made a purchase online. They claimed the website had incorrect pictures and size of what I ordered. They said what I received was "resin" even though the website never mentioned the material was resin. They claimed 100% satisfaction guarantee with no questions asked, and free prepaid shipping to return, but none of these things were honored. They lied about everything. I lost $11k+
