Type of a scam Online Purchase
First text received was "Hi, Communicating with a lot of people here and we are obligated to keep records of every conversation that goes on especially when it comes to financial commitment so that both parties have everything on record because things said on the phone can be twisted, but not with a message that has proof so texting is the way to go." RED FLAG!
I told them what pup I was interested in and they replied "The pup is available for $650 and if shipped it would be an extra $200 for home delivery or $150 to pick up at airport, so $800 or $850 total. Comes with up to date shots and worming with all shot records and registration papers plus puppy kit including food, toys, blanket and hand manual to facilitate transition."
We asked for more photos of him and were given the same ones on website. We said great we will take him. Never did they ask about what type of home would he be going to or any information about us at all, they just said great he is our Zelle information you can send payment when your ready. I asked if they had a Facebook page and if they could tell us more about there breeding experience and where they are located etc. They replied with " We don't have a FB, Look with 15 years experience breeding we've got 0% fraud rate and our puppies are raised with love. We spare no effort or expense in there raising. You have nothing to worry about."
I asked what airline they use, they replied " We will use any reliable pet mover whose flight will be available on the morning of the shipping day."
I asked to send me a video, they replied " Let us know when you are ready to purchase a dog. I don't think you're ready. Have a nice day."
I asked again to please send me a video so I feel more safe about the purchase. No reply.
I said I don't understand what asking for a video means about me being ready to purchase a dog. No reply.
Clearly only accepting Zelle as payment should be a huge red flag as there is no way to ever get your money back, just like with Cashapp!
Do your home work people, don't just Zelle your money away. Thankfully I did because this site is clearly a scam!! Copyright for website is 2022 as well.....
