Purchased two French bulldog puppies from akcfrenchbulldogpuppies.com on 02/13/2020. Paid via Zelle pay. No puppies received. Emails, phone calls and texts unanswered. Have bill of sale with “instant money back guarantee if buyer not satisfied” noted on contract. These people are thieves. Never use Zelle pay for business. Website notes family of seven, home raised puppies, veterinary raised, etc. Promised microchipped, potty trained, food sample and various other items a true quality breeder would supply upon delivery of puppy. Would not send flight info once Zelle payment received. All communication cut once payment made. Made fraud complaint to bank and to FBI as well as BBB.
