Annabelle zoo or zoobrine was found on Instagram selling miniature dachshunds. We spoke via Instagram messenger and I sent her money through Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal, but not all payments would go through. when I attempted to contact the seller and make a phone call, she said that her two-year-old child through her phone in the pool so she could not speak. So I continue texting in the next day when I tried calling her. She said her son was having surgery. My daughter came over and said it sounds like a scam and looked up her name and found the same stories that she told me being told to other victims. It looks like she’s been doing this for at least seven years from when the complaint was made.
