A fast speaking customer service representative stated by full name and full SSN and said that I owed them money. When I asked the woman what the company address was she said "your representative is calling you right now" and hung up.

The caller told me that it was an old PayDay Loan debt and that it would be reported to the credit bureau in 24 to 48 hours if I did not pay them. I asked for documentation and they said they could only provide it after the debt was paid. They had the last 4 digits of my Social, my email address and my current mailing address. I did not confirm any of that information.
