I saw an add on face book for a free trail of Akoura Intensive Eye Serum. It was being promoted by Shark Tank. I placed the order for the free trial, but had to pay shipping cost of $5.89 which I had to place on my credit card. I placed the order on April 14, 2018. I was led to believe this was a free sample. On May 4 , 2018 there was a charge on my credit card for $89.12. I immediately contacted the company on May 10, 2018 when I received my credit card statement at phone # 877-928-5014. I was told they did not offer free samples and I could cancel my subscription. The ad on Face Book clearly stated free sample. I never authorized this additional charge of $89.12.
