We are a HS and received a box of 8 smaller boxes of Safetec Antiseptic wipe towelettes for use in our locker room, weight room and trainer per description on the packing list dated 11/20/2017; UPS tracking label dated 11/27/17. Upon receipt of these items and because I had no knowledge of why we received the product, I contacted Akurate Solutions per the information listed on the packing list. The representative I spoke with claimed the arrangement for the product was with our former athletic director in spring of 2017 to have the product shipped for the winter season. (Note: This athletic director retired June 2017) I requested a copy of the invoice and was told one would come USPS but could also email me one. I put the box into a secure location and did not distribute until I saw the details of the invoice. No invoice ever came electronically but eventually received hard copy via USPS on/about January 4, 2018.The Invoice total was $399.32. I consulted with our new Athletic Director and he said he had no interest in using the product. I again contacted Akurate Solutions with intent to set up return of the product, as we were not interested. I requested paperwork that confirmed the agreement Akurate Solutions had with the former Athletic Director and was told the agreement was verbal. I indicated we are not interested in receiving any more product and should cancel any other shipments to us.

I ended the conversation still not comfortable and frustrated with the outcome. Something wasn't right. I researched the product and found the exact same, plus two additional boxes, could be purchased on Amazon for $52.00. I then "googled" the company and found several complaints stating, the almost verbatim, our situation. I again contacted Akrate Solutions and stated that because of this additional research, we will be sending the product back. Bottom line, this product came unsolicited, with no written agreement to verify order, at an extremely inflated price.
