My laptop exploded with sirens and noises after going on a website. I was told they were representing Microsoft and told to call this company. They got into my laptop with my permission. They took 7 hours over two days to fix the problem. Their resolution was $699 (senior discount). They charged my CC twice. They kept calling today to go into the laptop again. After I challenged why, the conversation got ugly by both of us. They wanted to send a partial refund directly to my bank went, so I had to go through their computer. I put in the wrong number by mistake, and he went nuts that they could not correct it. I said I have had it and he showed me by bank's data and all my money was gone. I hung up, called the bank and all the money was still there. I called the CC and disputed the one $699 that was left. Al S.
