This is actually a real person on the phone, typically male, offering free roof inspections after the recent storms. They claim to be licensed and insured. However, the company has called multiple times, at least 10 in the past week, asking if I am the homeowner and launch their story about offering free roof inspections after these recent storms. I then tell them that I am not interested in a roof inspection. Some calls they would continue to badger, others they hang up immediately. I have repeatedly asked them to take me off any list they are working from, yet they continue to call back. I have again today informed them that my number is on the do not call registry, that I have asked them several times to not call me back (even though they continue to do so) and that I have repeatedly refused their services.
