Caller said they have attempted 2 times to get in touch with me and our power is about to be shut off. I called the utilities company to alert them to this scam and they said to call police and BBB.

Called and said that they had a tech waiting to cut power if total bill wasn't paid. We are a corporate location and corporate confirmed that the bill was paid.
